BRANAT Construction Inc’s experienced Comtrain certified inspection crews have the ability to perform field inspections in all 50 states. We have extensive experience working on all types of towers including cellular towers; broadcast towers; faux/concealed towers; water tanks; billboards; roof-tops; church steeples and many more. With in-house custom designed field notes we ensure all information is recorded accurately and presented to the client in a clear and precise manner. BRANAT’s inspection crews are experienced in the following:
A tower mapping is the essential first step in understanding the current state of any structure.
A tower is only as strong as the foundation it stands on, yet foundations are often the least-understood element of a structure.
Before any modification work begins, a pre-mod mapping ensures that the existing structure matches the assumptions built into the engineering drawings.
A Post Construction Inspection is performed after new tower construction is complete to verify that the finished structure matches the approved drawings and was built to industry standards.
Modification Inspections verify that structural changes to a tower are being installed in accordance with approved engineering drawings and applicable industry standards
Regular TIA inspections are not just good practice — they are often required by lease agreements, insurance policies, and regulatory bodies.
Tubular steel tower legs can trap moisture and debris inside, creating conditions that accelerate corrosion from within — damage that is completely invisible from the outside
Welds are the joints that hold a tower together, and a flawed weld can be a catastrophic failure point under load.
Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) methods allow us to detect surface and near-surface defects in steel components without causing any damage to the material being tested.
Cracks in a tower foundation are never something to ignore. Our foundation crack investigations assess the size, depth, pattern, and likely cause of concrete cracking
