Post Construction Inspections (PCIs)

  • Comprehensive review of the entire newly constructed tower, including structural members, connections, grounding, lighting, and safety climb systems

  • Verifies the finished structure matches approved drawings before it is turned over and placed into service

  • Provides an independent, third-party confirmation that the tower is structurally sound and ready for loading

  • Establishes a detailed baseline record of the structure’s condition from day one for future reference

A Post Construction Inspection is performed after new tower construction is complete to verify that the finished structure matches the approved drawings and was built to industry standards. Our inspectors conduct a comprehensive review of the entire tower — structural members, connections, grounding, lighting, safety climb systems, and more — documenting the as-built condition before the structure is turned over and placed into service.

PCIs are a critical step in the commissioning process, providing an independent verification that the tower is safe and ready for loading. They also establish a baseline record of the structure’s condition from day one, which proves invaluable for future inspections, modifications, and due diligence reviews.
